Hi! I’m Kate Murray.

I am interested in everything, most especially how it all connects.

I’m an experience designer, a producer, a facilitator, a social practitioner, a conduit, a tinkerer, a maker, a memory worker, an educator, a traveler, a lowercase-a artist on the never ending quest to become an Uppercase-A Artist, and (obviously) a person who likes to wiggle out of singular ways of thinking and being.

I live and work to position culture and creativity as a driver for more just communities, with a long term interest in creative placekeeping (and placemaking). My favorite medium is human interaction. But I’ll readily take up any hands-on craft, too.

I’m particularly good at managing projects and people, and specialize in getting sh*t done… while simultaneously believing in the power of play and exclamation points!

All these traits and experiences coalesce and express themselves under the name Unfine Arts.
