Tetractys New Music is an emerging arts organization that connects composers and musicians from around the world to audience in Austin, creates new and exciting work with the leading voices in their community, and curates concert experiences featuring the music of living composers.
I provided Tetractys’ team with both advice and an actionable to-do list to both improve their internal processes as well as refine their outward messaging, with a particular emphasis on budgeting, marketing, and fundraising.
